Ingredients

  • Carrot: 1chopped
  • Beet: ¼ chopped
  • Cauliflower: 2 florets
  • Beans: 3 chopped
  • Peas: 2 pods
  • Lime juice: 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Method

  1. Steam the cauliflower and beans in a steamer.
  2. Add chopped carrot and beet to it.
  3. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Add the lime juice and mix.
