• Cucumber diced: half cup
  • Tomato diced: half cup
  • Beetroot boiled and diced: one-fourth cup
  • Low fat curd whisked: one cup
  • ¬†Salt and roasted jeera powder: to taste
  • Coarsely ground roasted peanut: two tbsp


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl whisk well.
  2. Serve chilled.
