- Cucumber diced: half cup
- Tomato diced: half cup
- Beetroot boiled and diced: one-fourth cup
- Low fat curd whisked: one cup
- Salt and roasted jeera powder: to taste
- Coarsely ground roasted peanut: two tbsp
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl whisk well.
- Serve chilled.
