Ingredients
- Finely chopped Carrot: 1cup
- Finely chopped potatoes: ½ cup
- Finely chopped Onions: 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped cabbage: 4 tbsp
- Finely chopped tomatoes: 2 tbsp
- Cauliflower finely chopped: 2 tbsp
- Green Peas: 2 tbsp
- Whole wheat Penne: ¼ cup
- Tomato puree: 4 tbsp
- Oats flour: 1 tsp
- Oregano dried: 1 tsp
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
Method
- Saute the onions on a medium flame.
- Since we are not using oil use a non-stick pan or spray the pan with cooking oil.
- You may sprinkle a little water if it starts sticking to the pan.
- Add the carrots, cauliflower, green peas and 4 cups of water and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add potatoes, cabbage, penne and cook well till the vegetables are done and pasta is cooked.
- Add the oats flour and mix well so lumps form.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on a medium flame.
- Full on veggies and fibre and super taste makes it the most wanted soup.
