Ingredients
- Moong sprouts: 1½ cup
- Sliced capsicum: ¼ cup
- Sliced onions: ¼ cup
- Finely chopped garlic: 1 tsp
- Vinegar: 2 tsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tsp
- Sugar: ½ tsp
- Chilly powder: ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- In a non stick pan spray cooking spray and saute the garlic.
- Cool and add the soy sauce, vinegar, chilly powder and sugar mix well.
- Steam the sprouts lightly.
- Add the sprouts, capsicum and onions to the dressing.
- Mix well. Serve chilled.
- Spicy dose of protein, fibre and vitamins.
