Ingredients

  • Moong sprouts: 1½ cup
  • Sliced capsicum: ¼ cup
  • Sliced onions: ¼ cup
  • Finely chopped garlic: 1 tsp
  • Vinegar: 2 tsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tsp
  • Sugar:  ½ tsp
  • Chilly powder: ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. In a non stick pan spray cooking spray and saute the garlic.
  2. Cool and add the soy sauce, vinegar, chilly powder and sugar mix well.
  3. Steam the sprouts lightly.
  4. Add the sprouts, capsicum and onions to the dressing.
  5. Mix well. Serve chilled.
  6. Spicy dose of protein, fibre and vitamins.
