Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, or PCOS as it is commonly known, is one such hormonal condition affecting millions of girls worldwide. According to a recent study by Metropolis Healthcare Ltd, 1 in 5 Indian women suffer from PCOS which is about 18-20% of the overall population. In addition, it was found that this condition was predominantly present in the 15-30 year old age group.
