Ingredients
- Mint leaves: ¼ cup
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Cherry tomatoes: 2 -3
- Carrot: 1
- Radish: ½
- Lettuce: 2 -3 leaves
- Cucumber: 1
- Skimmed milk yogurt: 1 cup
- Sesame seeds: a few
- Lime juice: 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Method
- Wash and cut the tomatoes into half.
- Peel the carrots and radish and cut into finger size pieces.
- Chop the mint leaves and garlic.
- Hang the yogurt in a muslin cloth to drain the excess of water.
- Roast the sesame seeds.
- Combine the hung yogurt, sesame seeds, mint leaves lime juice and garlic.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and chill.
- Just before serving arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate, arrange the cut vegetables decoratively and serve with chilled yogurt dip.
