• Mint leaves: ¼ cup
  • Garlic: 4 cloves
  • Cherry tomatoes: 2 -3
  • Carrot: 1
  • Radish: ½
  • Lettuce: 2 -3 leaves
  • Cucumber: 1
  • Skimmed milk yogurt: 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds: a few
  • Lime juice: 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper: to taste 


  1. Wash and cut the tomatoes into half.
  2. Peel the carrots and radish and cut into finger size pieces.
  3. Chop the mint leaves and garlic.
  4. Hang the yogurt in a muslin cloth to drain the excess of water.
  5. Roast the sesame seeds.
  6. Combine the hung yogurt, sesame seeds, mint leaves lime juice and garlic.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste and chill.
  8. Just before serving arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate, arrange the cut vegetables decoratively and serve with chilled yogurt dip.
