Ingredients

  • Boiled rajma: 1 cup
  • Boiled chickpeas: 1 cup
  • Chopped onions: 1/2 cup
  • Chopped capsicum: 1
  • Lime juice: 1 tsp
  • Chilly powder and salt to taste.

Method

  1. Take a bowl mix all the ingredients.
  2. Toss well.
  3. Serve chilled.
  4. Your dose of protein, iron, calcium and other nutrients in a bowl.
  5. Good for hair, skin and bones.
