Ingredients
- Boiled rajma: 1 cup
- Boiled chickpeas: 1 cup
- Chopped onions: 1/2 cup
- Chopped capsicum: 1
- Lime juice: 1 tsp
- Chilly powder and salt to taste.
Method
- Take a bowl mix all the ingredients.
- Toss well.
- Serve chilled.
- Your dose of protein, iron, calcium and other nutrients in a bowl.
- Good for hair, skin and bones.
