- Apple chopped: one cup
- Pineapple chopped: one cup
- Pomegranate: one cup
- Low fat curd whisked: one and a half cup
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Rocksalt: just a pinch.
- Lime juice: 1 tsp.
- Mix the apple and lime juice well.
- This prevents the apple from turning black.
- Add the pineapple and pomegranate and mix well.
- Add the salt and pepper with rock salt to the curd.
- Mix well and refrigerate.
- Before serving add the curd to the fruits mix well and serve chilled.
