• Apple chopped: one cup
  • Pineapple chopped: one cup
  • Pomegranate: one cup
  • Low fat curd whisked: one and a half cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Rocksalt: just a pinch.
  • Lime juice: 1 tsp.


  1. Mix the apple and lime juice well.
  2. This prevents the apple from turning black.
  3. Add the pineapple and pomegranate and mix well.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Add the salt and pepper with rock salt to the curd.
  6. Mix well and refrigerate.
  7. Before serving add the curd to the fruits mix well and serve chilled.
