Ingredients

  • Corn: ¼  cup
  •  Barley: ¼ cup
  • Red and yellow capsicum chopped: ¼ cup
  • Spring onion with greens: ¼ cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Roasted jeera powder : 1tsp
  • Lime juice: 2 tsp

Method

  1. In a pressure cooker mix the barley and corn add water and cook for 2 whistles.
  2. Allow it to cool. Mix all the ingredients and serve chilled
  3. Barley helps detox and burn fat.
  4. Excellent fibre and vitamins and colourful too.
