Ingredients
- Corn: ¼ cup
- Barley: ¼ cup
- Red and yellow capsicum chopped: ¼ cup
- Spring onion with greens: ¼ cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Roasted jeera powder : 1tsp
- Lime juice: 2 tsp
Method
- In a pressure cooker mix the barley and corn add water and cook for 2 whistles.
- Allow it to cool. Mix all the ingredients and serve chilled
- Barley helps detox and burn fat.
- Excellent fibre and vitamins and colourful too.
