Ingredients

  • Grated bottle gourd: one and a half cup
  • Low fat curd whisked: one cup
  • Chopped mint leaves: three tbsp.
  • Salt and red chilly powder: to taste

Method

  1. Steam the bottle gourd.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl whisk well.
  3. Serve chilled.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves.
