Ingredients
- Carrot grated: half cup
- Beetroot boiled and grated: half cup
- Low fat curd whisked: one cup
- Salt and roasted jeera powder: to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl whisk well.
- Serve chilled.
